- Create an account and save supplements to your personal “Stack.”
- Contact us via email or participate in related activities such as surveys, support, or promotions.

1. Information We Collect
Personal information you provide
- Account information: name, email, password.
- Supplement interactions: products you search, view, or save to your Stack.
- Payment data: if you purchase premium features, payment details are handled securely by our processors (Apple, Stripe, RevenueCat). We do not store full credit card information.
Automatically collected information
- Device data: IP address, device type, OS, browser, app version, crash logs.
- Usage data: searches performed, supplements viewed, items saved.
- Cookies & analytics: we use tools like Posthog for performance and analytics.
We do not collect sensitive health information (e.g., medical records).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the SlipsHQ app.
- Display supplement information, TrustScores, and product certifications.
- Maintain security and detect fraud.
- Communicate updates, support messages, or marketing (with your consent).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in the EU, UK, or Canada, we rely on:
- Consent (e.g., marketing emails).
- Contract (to provide app services).
- Legal obligations (to comply with the law).
- Legitimate interests (improving and securing our services).

- Service providers (Supabase for hosting, Posthog for analytics, RevenueCat for subscriptions, OneSignal for notifications).

- Business transfers (if SlipsHQ is merged or acquired).

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.

If you register via Apple, Google, or another provider, we may receive limited profile information (such as email) according to your account settings.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless longer retention is required by law. You can request deletion of your account anytime.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (Supabase authentication, encrypted connections, access controls). However, no system is 100% secure.
